Talking Times is a newsletter for patrons of the Rhode Island Talking Books Plus Library. Each issue is available as either a web page [html] or in a printable [pdf] format. As of Winter 2010, newsletters are also available as downloadable audio files. In addition to the online version, the Talking Times is available in large print and as a digital cartridge.
