Rochambeau Library, Computer Lab
Presenter(s)/Discussion Leader(s): Shane Sher, Technology Trainer, Providence Public Library
Figured out the basics of Microsoft Excel? Need to take it to the next level? Next up: formulas and functions. These allow you to manipulate your data, to add, subtract, multiply, and divide information. Until you start using functions and formulas, you are not really using Excel to its full potential. In the second half of the class, we talk about advanced formatting. Some of the topics included are making your spreadsheet easier to use and read, learning tricks and tips to improve your data by sorting, filtering, coloring, freezing panes and paste-linking.
Registration required. Limited to 12 participants.
Intended Audience: Librarians and library staff
