RI Institution Awarded an IMLS Museums for America Grant
The Rhode Island Historical Society, Providence, RI, was awarded $99,450 for the project “Graphics Division Inventory.” For the project, the Rhode Island Historical Society will inventory, survey, and create collection-level cataloging records for the audiovisual materials in the Society’s Graphics Division. The Society pledged a matching amount of $103,977. Under the Museums for America grant program, the Historical Society award came from the Collections Stewardship category.
