The RI Office of Library and Information Services (OLIS) is in the final stage of data collection for the evaluation its Five-Year Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) Plan, which is on file with the federal Institute of Museum and Library Services. The evaluation is being conducted by Himmel & Wilson, Library Consultants. The last phase of data collection is a survey that OLIS is inviting you to complete. The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
Even if you participated in one or more of the focus groups or a telephone interview, you are cordially invited to complete this brief survey.
The previous stages of the evaluation included a site visit to OLIS that included in-depth interviews with OLIS staff; focus groups with participants from different types of libraries and literacy program sub-grantees; and telephone interviews with library community members and patrons of the Talking Books Plus program.
