The Office of Citizenship, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has compiled a Civics and Citizenship Toolkit for public libraries. This toolkit is available free to public libraries.

The Office of Citizenship has the following guidelines for the ordering of Toolkits:

1. It is free to public libraries, one toolkit per library, first come first served. One toolkit per library outlet; several branches in a system can order one.
2. Public libraries should order directly from the website. To facilitate process and eliminate steps, the Office is no longer planning to set aside numbers for each state or utilize in-state delivery systems.
