[Updated 4/11] As of April 11, all staff except Anne Parent and Debbie Cullerton have moved to the 2nd floor. Anne and Debbie are scheduled to move on Friday, April 21.

Most of the OLIS staff will be moving, but within the Dept. of Administration Building, during the weeks March 23-April 7, 2006. Phone numbers will remain the same. However, the phone and computer hookups may not occur simultaneously with the physical relocation, so if you have trouble reaching someone, please be patient and leave a voice message or an email. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

The following is the plan as of March 30:

• Staff members moving to the second floor on Monday, March 27:
  Melody Allen, Sheila Carlson, Chaichin Chen, Karen Mellor, Ann Piascik
• Staff members moving to the second floor on Monday, April 3:
  Donna DiMichele, Beth Perry, and Alicia Waters
• Staff moving to the 2nd floor on Friday, April 21:
  Anne Parent, Debbie Cullerton

The OLIS Library and Media Center, Frank Iacono and Joe McGovern, will remain on the 4th floor.

Talking Books and the ILL Clearinghouse will remain on the 2nd floor. However, the space will be reconfigured on April 3, so access may be interrupted in those two areas also.
