November 1, 2006: LORI email working again - the routing change has been made and after the server was rebooted, it worked! Please contact us by phone if you continue to have problems.

October 24, 2006: Technical changes should be completed late today or tomorrow, at which point LORI mail should once again operate without interruption. Please inform us of any problems encountered after the end of the day on October 25 (send email to webmaster @lori.ri.gov)

October 20, 2006: If you have experienced problems with bounced mail -- please forward, or ask the sender to forward, the error message to webmaster @lori.ri.gov or to sheilacn@olis.ri.gov. The IT dept needs the whole package, including the long address field we don't usually see, to diagnose where the interference is.

October 18, 2006, 11:00 AM: Please be aware that some LORI mail is being bounced back but some simply disappears. We suspect it is one of several servers and will report any updates here on LORI.
