Online ILL Request Forms

  • Book Request:   Use this form when you want a book or other monograph AND know or can find the citation AND a library that owns the item.
  • Periodical Request:   Use this form when you want an article from a  journal or other periodical resource AND know or can find the specific citation AND a library that owns the serial and specific volume.
  • Subject Request:   Use this form when you are unable to find any or enough material on your subject.  This request is sent ONLY to Providence Public Library, Shared Resources.
