[June 1, 2018] - The Rhode Island Office of Library and Information Services (OLIS) is seeking information from public libraries to identify potential hosts for the Statewide Reference Resource Center (SRRC) through a Request for Information (RFI). Rhode Island public libraries interested in serving as host for the SRRC must submit responses to the RFI to OLIS no later than June 18, 2018. Following review of the responses to the RFI, OLIS will issue either a Request for Proposal or a Request for Quote to those libraries that have submitted a response to the RFI. The 2018-2019 grant for the SRRC will be awarded through this process, with an option to renew the grant for 2019-20. Libraries must respond to the RFI to be eligible to submit a proposal.
Interested libraries should download the RFI for complete information on the process, including instructions and an application form to express their interest in serving as host for the SRRC.
