Governor's Proposed State Aid to Libraries, Fiscal Year 2012

The Governor's proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2012 (Executive Summary, Appendix C) provides for the following state aid to libraries. Level funding has resulted in 22.41% apportioned to each municipality rather than the law’s recommended 25% of eligible funds expended in FY2010 as described in RIGL 29-6-2(a); maintenance of effort is 100% as set forth in RIGL 29-6-3.

A printing error resulted in the wrong table being inserted in the budget;
please note that the correct amounts are listed below.
